MassMediaJobs Offers Three-Level Advertising Structure

MassMediaJobs' advertisers can now choose a job-posting plan according to their recruiting needs.

New York, NY (PRWEB)PRWEB) July 18, 2006 -- Recruiters within the media space can now choose from three types of advertising plans that fit their budget and time frame. MassMediaJobs, the first niche job board to offer 45-day job postings; now offers 30 and 60-day job postings.

Budget conscious recruiters, who don't require long advertising runs, can now choose a 30-day run for $69 or a longer 60-day posting for $169. "While most of our competitors continue to charge advertising fees that are not consistent with our level of service, MassMediaJobs offers value and service that meets recruiters' expectations," explains Emmanuel Sullivan, Founder/CEO of MassMediaJobs.

In addition to the three individual posting plans, MassMediaJobs also offers job packages based on the 60-day posting fee. MassMediaJob job packages are great selections that allow recruiters to save and use job credits when they need to. The lowest job package is 3 job postings for $429 - saving $78.

Like the 45-day post, the 30 and 60-day postings also have access to job seeker resumes; job ad hit statistics, resume notification and a private mailbox, which are all based in the employer folder. One key feature within the employer folder is the ability to place a job ad on hold before the expiration date. This is an excellent tool to take advantage of if your job ad has received enough qualified applicants and needs to be taken off the active job board.

While certain jobs require longer posts than others to get quality results, those that receive immediate responses, due so, because of key characters that are built into the job description such as: salary presence, including bonuses, if any; benefits offered; thoroughly described daily duties; a detailed list of required skill sets, such as education level and knowledge of required software or job/industry specific tools.

Employment Website MassMediaJobs Offers Media Employers a One-Stop Recruitment Service

Keeping in step with media convergence, MassMediaJobs provides a cost-effective and comprehensive online human resources recruiting service for media companies small or large.

New York, NY (PRWEB) May 27, 2006 -- MassMediaJobs an all-inclusive media job board is destined to be the premier choice for media employment recruiters to post employment opportunities across an increasingly diverse media market. As giant media conglomerates such as Time Warner, News Corp. and even smaller media companies such as Radio One and Emmis Communications continue to acquire larger and sometimes, smaller media properties, their recruiting becomes just as diverse as the properties they own. These vast holdings of various media properties can lead the human resource recruiting function into disarray as they grapple with how to effectively target candidates with outsourced recruiting services.

With the ripple effect of media convergence, recruiters now handle employment opportunities within their organization that varies between TV, Radio, Print and Multimedia vacancies. The current structure of the majority of media specific websites has forced recruiters to post open vacancies with several sites according to position type.

Recruiters within the media space often ask themselves two key questions: 1. Do they use a general-purpose employment website like HotJobs or Careerbuilder? or 2. Do they use media specific employment websites that attract qualified media professionals?" This is in addition to using their company's branded website.

MassMediaJobs has solved media recruiters' quest for a targeted media job board. "Our service allows the media recruiter to post available jobs across every media division and in any job classification, whether it's in Radio, TV or Print properties. Whatever they recruit for, we have the space for," explains Emmanuel Sullivan, Founder/CEO of MassMediaJobs. "We've eliminated the need to go from one job website to another just to post a reporter, cinematographer or web designer job within the mass media market."
