Q: How do I manage my account?


A: Login to your employer account to manage your job advertisements. You can edit, renew or delete a job ad, post a new one, check your mail and review payment history.

Q: How much does it cost to post a job advertisement?


A: The fee to post a job advertisement starts at $69 for a 30-day run. Our 45-day posting is $99 and our 60-day posting is $169. We also offer job advertising credits and an unlimited job posting subscription plan, check them out here.

Q: How can I pay for my job advertisement?


A: You can choose to pay for your job advertisement online via credit card, we accept: Media Jobs Payment Options
We also process electronic checks. For your convenience, we also offer “Bill Me Later” billing, simply post your job advertisement and we’ll invoice your company within 15 days.

Q: Where do I send my check to pay for my job advertisement?


A: If your account is approved for "Bill Me Later", please send your company check with invoice to: Mass Media Jobs, 244 Fifth Avenue, Suite E235, New York, NY 10001

Q: How soon will my job advertisement post?


A: If you pay by credit card/company check your job advertisement will post immediately. If you choose the “Bill Me Later” option, your job advertisement will go live within 4 hours.

Q: Can I list a job advertisement in more than one category?


A: Yes, each job advertisement in subsequent categories requires a separate payment.

Q: As a registered employer, can I search the resume database for free?


A: Yes, registered users have unlimited access to the resume database.

Q: Once my job listing post, can I edit or delete it?


A: Yes, login to your employer account to place your listing on hold, edit or delete it.

Q: Can I have candidates reply to my job listing through my employer mailbox?


A: Yes, just check the "Use Reply to Mailbox" at job advertisement creation. This option is also used for confidential job ads.

Q: Can I extend or renew my job advertisement after the expiration date?


A: Yes, simply login to your employer account and renew your ad(s).

Q: How long does my feature or bold listing option last?


A: The feature or bold listing option is active for 14 calendar days.

A: Simply send us an email stating that you would like to cancel or place your subscription on hold.
